Papillary thyroid cancer is the most prevalent histologic type of carcinoma. There are numerous PTC subtypes that have been identified, with classical being prevalent. The follicular variant (FVPTC) second subtype papillary A case encapsulated carcinoma was studied which showed a well tumour cells arranged predominantly in architecture and few areas showing solid architecture. no capsular invasion. nuclear enlargement, overcrowding clearing. Typical Orphan Annie eye nuclei were seen. carcinoma, more so than other FVPTCs, has an indolent tendency associated better prognosis low risk invasiveness metastasis.
